Recording Policy

Meetings (virtual and otherwise) in which Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is disclosed shall not be recorded.

If a meeting is being recorded and PII is inadvertently disclosed, the recording shall be stopped immediately and deleted.

The IT Department shall be notified immediately and shall ensure/confirm that any recording is deleted without a trace on all applicable media, i.e. the recording computer/device, any computing/recording devices used by meeting attendees, and/or the cloud.
