Your Will is a reflection of the people and causes that you value most. Many faithful individuals have made bequests to Neighborhood Ministries over the years, leaving a legacy of hope and transformation in the lives of the kids and families we serve. In addition, you may receive an estate tax charitable deduction, which will reduce the tax burden on your family.
You simply leave to Neighborhood Ministries a specific sum of money or other assets.
You may choose to leave us a percentage of your estate or the “rest, residue or remainder” after all other bequests, debts and taxes have been paid.
A bequest made on condition that a certain event must occur before distribution to the beneficiary.
As you plan or update your will, you can simply let your attorney know that you would like to include Neighborhood Ministries in your estate plans. If you have questions or would like more information, please use the form below. We would be honored to walk with you through the process.
Please remember that, until your will goes into effect, you are free to change your plans at any time.
If you choose to include Neighborhood Ministries in your will, we would be grateful if you would let us know. We always appreciate knowing when someone has included Neighborhood Ministries in their estate plans, as it gives us the opportunity to thank you for your generosity and better understand the future impact of your gift.
If you have already made that decision, please contact Jeremy Wood at 480-229-5387 or Finance at finance@nmphx.com, or use the form below. It would be a privilege to thank you for your support. Your generosity leaves a legacy of hope and can inspire others to do the same.
