2026 Theme: God Encounters
This summer, Kids Club will walk through stories of people who encounter God in the middle of real life. Children will be reminded that God sees them, moves toward them with love, and invites them into faith, courage, belonging, and hope.
Two weeks of stories that help kids know:
Day 1
Hagar and Ishmael:
God sees the ones cast out.
Day 2
Jesus' first sermon:
God brings good news to the poor and outsiders.
Day 3
Jesus heals the paralytic:
Jesus forgives, heals, and restores people to community.
Day 4
Jesus picks His disciples:
Outsiders and enemies are invited in.
Day 5
Woman caught in adultery:
Mercy interrupts accusation and opens a new future.
Day 6
Man born blind:
Don't blame suffering; bring help.
Day 7
The Good Shepherd:
Jesus knows and protects His sheep.
Day 8
The criminal on the cross:
Jesus welcomes a condemned outsider.
Day 9
Jesus rises from the grave:
Death is not the end of the story.

Students in 8th grade and above can build skills, grow confidence, mentor younger kids, and make a meaningful impact through Jr. Work Crew and Work Crew.
